The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the university's goals.
- Identify target audiences and craft campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment.
Content Creation:
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos to highlight academic programs, campus events, and student life.
- Edit images and videos for use across social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging, audience-focused content tailored to different channels.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the university’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and LinkedIn.
- Develop and schedule posts to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community building.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Manage paid and organic marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on higher education or related industries.
- Proficiency in photography and videography, including editing software
- Proven expertise in managing multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
