As a Content Creator, you are the creative backbone that drives our brands forward. You’ll be at the forefront of ideation, responsible for bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Your role will encompass timely content planning and measuring the success of your creations. Top-notch Content Creators go beyond expectations by staying up to date with trends, researching competitors, and proactively generating ideas that push boundaries. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop compelling content for TEKLED
- Creating Video Reels and Designs Contents for Social Media
- Expertise in Designing, Video Shooting and Editing
- Craft captivating copy
- Collaborate with the Design Team to brainstorm creative content ideas
- Timely execution of content plans
- Seek approval of content plans from the Creative Director
- Stay updated on trends, digital technologies, and real-time online conversations to enhance content quality for our brand
- Mood-boarding for campaigns and production
- Engage in social listening and monitoring
- Measure content success through analytical reports
- Develop marketing plans, proposals, and pitches tailored to the company
- Lead brainstorming meetings and creative sessions

Required Skills or Experience
- An undergraduate degree
- Age between 23-30 years
- Excellent listening, reading, writing, editing, proofreading and verbal skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- The ability to work under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of Designing and Video Editing Softwares (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Capcut etc…)
- Willingness to learn new software for content creation
- Good receptiveness to feedback/adaptability
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator/Copywriter or a similar role is a plus
Salary: Negotiable
