We are looking to hire a qualified Operations Officer to assist in the implementation of the right processes and practices across our organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Operations Officer’s duties involve assisting in optimising the Groupe Sebastien’s operating model by ensuring daily operations and support in executing on middle to long-term strategies set by the Chief Operations Officer. It will also include,

- Assisting in enforcing policy direction and advice to the company developed by management to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assisting in ensuring that all parts of the business/offices are working efficiently together.
- Participating in the initiation and implementation of the right operational model and structure in line with the customer solutions we provide.
- Analyzing all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
- Liaising with external suppliers and other related support teams to ensure good rapport and/or good working relationship between them and the company.
- Assisting in the implementation of all operational initiatives and strategies in support of the business revenue activities.
- Working with artisans and vendors to ensure projects are efficiently completed
- Providing administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer
- Maintaining contact with the Unit Managers and Chief Operations Officer on operational issues
Qualification Required & Experience
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Operations and or similar fields
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of operational policies, systems and procedures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

REMUNERATION
Qualified candidates will be paid a monthly salary range of GHS 2000 – GHS 3000, with SSNIT Contribution payment, hospital allowance and staff lunch.
