African Diaspora Resource Centre is a travel and relocation assistance company providing support to diaspora and expatriates seeking to relocate to Ghana. We are looking for a Finance and Office Manager who will oversee the operations of the company, while handling the company's bookkeeping, payroll, statutory filings & remittances, invoicing and payments for a small organization, along with its sister-company. Must live in or nearby the Adjiringanor, Accra area.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as supervisor for office staff while overseeing T&A, team meetings, staff development
- Prepare monthly payroll advice slips through our online system
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the company’s financial position
- File all expenses and revenue into the correct category.
- Release payroll payments via bank transfer, mobile money, cheque or as indicated
- Prepare and file various statutory reports (SSNIT, WHT, VAT, & PAYE)
- Send emails to the various statutory bodies and banks with the contractor in copy for payments
- Perform bookkeeping utilizing Zoho Books software
- Sourcing and applying for grants for our nonprofit division
- Making proposals to secure sponsorships

Qualifications:
- Background in Accounting, Finance, and Bookkeeping
- Analytical with great attention to detail
- Able to work on-site (Mon thru Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- Lives in or near Adjiringanor, Accra
- Timely with a good attendance record
- Must have your own laptop computer
- Matured leadership skills
