MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in the administrative and financial management of programs
- Experience working for or with a non-profit, donor, or government of Ghana preferred.
- Strong understanding of USAID funding preferred.
- Skilled in Excel and experience working with computerized accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks).
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.

The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. - While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be mobile in an office environment and able to use standard office equipment.

Work environment:

- Project HOPE employees work in the global health field and may be required to travel or work in countries where working conditions are classified as “hardship”.
