We are looking for a Stock Controller to join our Retail Department; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
As a Stock Controller at M-KOPA, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management and reconciliation within the retail department. You will manage stock allocation for sales, support stock audits, and oversee the tracking and return of inventory to the warehouse. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, resolve product issues, and facilitate in-warranty repairs. You’ll also ensure that the depot is maintained in excellent condition while providing daily reports on stock status to ensure transparency and accountability in all stock-related activities.

You will be responsible for resolving product issues and coordinating repairs, ensuring that customer interactions are handled with efficiency and care.
We are looking for candidates who are strong in data management, with a solid grasp of Excel and the ability to analyze stock data and trends. Experience in customer care or stock management is essential, and having worked in a fast-paced retail or logistics environment will be a plus.
