In this role, you will:

Master the art of telesales by effectively communicating product details to potential and existing customers.

Achieve conversion targets by focusing on delivering high-quality, goal-oriented conversations.

Adhere to talk time benchmarks, maximizing productivity while ensuring every customer interaction is meaningful.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, noting valuable insights that can enhance future engagements.
What do you need to succeed?

A degree, certificate, or diploma, preferably with experience in BPO, sales, or call centres.

Strong knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel.

Exceptional communication, persuasion, and listening skills, paired with a self-driven attitude.

A commitment to excellence, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
