Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of kitchen staff to deliver top-quality dishes.
- Create and innovate menus showcasing local and international cuisine.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and supplier relationships to control costs without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with hotel management to develop and enhance dining services.
- Provide an exceptional dining experience tailored to guests' tastes and preferences.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines with an emphasis on West African flavours.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a dynamic kitchen team under pressure.
- A culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus.
- Passion for creativity and continuous improvement in the kitchen.
