Our subsidiary company, Agri Sigma, is looking for a Sales Executive.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Agri fish feed products to existing and potential customers, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: Accra / Kumasi / Takoradi

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and features of our Agri fish feed products.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Aquaculture, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the Agri fish feed industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the aquaculture industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
