Job Description
A reputable and fast-paced construction supplies and building material production Company seeks an experienced person to oversee and manage its modern warehouse located at Spintex.
Direct report: General Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction products.
- Ensure daily maintenance of factory machinery, tools and equipment.
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction products.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock, collaborating with the to ensure timely replenishment.
- Supervise the timely picking and packing of products for the various wholesales.
- Enforce safety and quality protocols, monitoring storage conditions to maintain product integrity.
- Ensure the proper handling of damaged products, coordinating with suppliers for resolution as needed.
- Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff to meet operational goals and maintain high-performance standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring staff adherence to all safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, shipments, and returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification and Skills
- Degree/HND in Procurement and Supply Chain/ Purchasing and Supply from a recognized institution with at least 3 years’ experience in the Construction/Building industry.
- Proven knowledge and experience in related field
- Must be attentive to details
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of warehouse software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be proactive and innovative
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
