Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our team as a Social Media/Receptionist. This dual-role position is perfect for someone creative, organized, and enjoys engaging with people both online and in person.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and update the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Create and post engaging content, including property listings, client testimonials, and company updates.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly.
  • Track social media performance and suggest strategies to increase engagement and reach.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
  • Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with an interest in marketing and real estate.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who live around Haatso and its surroundings.
