We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and promoting our range of services. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and establishing Account IT as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and Target New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and prospect new clients within Micro, Small, Medium, and Large Enterprises.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends and customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments and offer tailored solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Close sales deals and follow up with clients to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, competitor offerings and developments in IT solutions to effectively promote our services.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies and campaigns to overall company goals.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.
