HAT AgriTech Ltd. provides agricultural inputs and extension services to boost crop production and sales for smallholder and commercial farmers. We offer crop protection, mobile plant health clinics, app-based and in-person extension services, and support farmer-based organizations (FBOs) with training in climate-smart agriculture, postharvest management, biochar and composting production.
HAT is implementing a project aimed at transforming agricultural waste into valuable products in Ghana's Western, Greater Accra, and Northern Regions. Waste such as coconut shells, rice husks, groundnut shells and cocoa pods will be converted into biochar, wood vinegar and biochar-based fertilizers under this project.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international donors, NGOs, or private sector companies.
- Knowledge of Ghana's agricultural sector, environmental policies, and sustainable development initiatives.
