- Experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten
- Strong communication skills
- Patient and nurturing approach to working with children
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents effectively
- Knowledge of Montessori educational principles is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
