McJones Energy is primarily focused on renewable energy and biofuel projects and is seeking a reliable Graphic Designer to join our accomplished team for their National Service.
As a Graphic Designer, your role is crucial in creating visually compelling content that enhances our project's brand and engages our online community. You will be responsible for designing media posts, posters, and presentation slides/decks, ensuring that all visual content aligns with our brand’s identity and goals.
YOUR ROLE
- Design posters, banners, and other promotional materials for digital and print use.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Work with project teams to deliver visually appealing designs that meet business goals.
- Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts.
- Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry developments.
- Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in graphic design, either through previous work experience, internships, or a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Strong competence with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Coral Draw, and Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of branding and visual communication.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging content.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality design work.
- Willing to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and make independent decisions
