Job Description
Our client is one of the leading sustainable womenswear brands providing Ready - To - Wear and Custom - Order clothes and accessories in Ghana.
Scope
The Retail Associates will primarily be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Head of Retail / Operations to create an engaging guest experience, drive results, engage operational processes including opening and closing of the studio, filing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Studio Team.
- Support and reinforce a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to guests.
- Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining guests as top priority.
- Act as a liaison between the Head of Operations, production and studio teams.

- Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet all customer needs.
- Manage and process all transactions accurately and efficiently and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and other relevant fields.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
