Roles & Responsibilities
- Site inspection of elevators and escalators (Data Collection & Lift Pit Handover).
- Producing survey records.
- Assist in marketing activities.
- Involvement in the site visitation schedule.
- Preparing drawing 2D draft plans for projects.
- Determines and analyses cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in the customer environment, engineering or proposal changes in equipment, processes or use of materials or services.
- Ensuring applicable approval of drawings and other information from clients/architects/consultants to accurately and timorously place orders from suppliers.
- Develops customer relationships by providing technical information and requirements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering (or) Any Graduate
- Must have (4) years working experience in related fields.
- Must have relevant Certificate or Diploma.
- Good Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Internet and Email, Auto CAD 2D, 3D.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills.
- Well connected with Construction firms will be a plus
- Travelling will be required
- Proactive and result-oriented
