Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at The BabyNest in Accra. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for engaging in lesson planning, curriculum development, early childhood education, fostering communication, and implementing Preschool programs to support the growth and development of young children.

Qualifications
- NNTTC/Montessori/Child Care Certificate
- Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Certificate in Special Needs Training/Psychology/Research in Education or Social Work is an additional advantage
- Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills
- Experience in Early Childhood Education
- Strong Communication skills
- Preschool program implementation skills
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
