You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, provide product information, assist with inquiries, process orders, and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience and building trust.
