This position will manage the IT department, oversee system upgrades, manage technical projects, and ensure data security and integrity. The IT Manager will also collaborate with other departments to support the organization’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organization Construction and Management
- Responsible for the organization construction, team building, and personnel management of the information department in the designated area.
- Responsible for the management of foreign parties.
2. Management Process Promotion and Execution
- Responsible for promoting and executing the information system processes in the branch company, optimizing and improving them based on the actual conditions of the branch.
3. Promotion and Execution of Information Construction
- Responsible for coordinating and executing the tasks related to information construction from headquarters in the designated area.
4. Information Construction Demand Research
- Responsible for researching, collecting, and providing feedback on local information construction needs for the branch company, reporting to superiors, and cooperating with headquarters to provide solutions, implementation, and improvements.

5. Daily Management of the Information Department
- Responsible for the daily management of the information department in the designated area (hardware, network, monitoring systems, information security, personnel training, system operation and maintenance).
6. Planning and Change Promotion
- Assist the Chinese information manager in drafting and summarizing the annual work plan.
- Assist the Chinese information manager in implementing policies, plans, and measures.
Qualifications
Educational Background, Major, and Work Experience
- Master's degree or higher.
- Major in Computer and Information Science or Software Engineering.
- Over 8 years of work experience.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Familiar with project management, MySQL, Oracle databases, computer hardware and network maintenance, and information security.
- Understanding of OA, SAP systems, Java programming language, framework knowledge, encryption systems, cloud services, automated operations, and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of enterprise domain management, network layered architecture, and EBS.
