We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Loan Coordinator to assist our lending team in processing and closing loans efficiently. The successful candidate will coordinate loan applications, communicate with borrowers and internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate loan applications from origination to closing.
  • Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with borrowers, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage loan files, track deadlines, and update loan status.
  • Assist with credit analysis, loan approvals, and funding.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Coordinate with Agents, etc.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in loan coordination or related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with loan software and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/HND/Degree in Banking/Finance field or related fields.

Work Environment:

Office setting/Field

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
