Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Fraud Detection: Monitor logistics transactions and operations to identify potential fraudulent activities.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious activities and gather evidence.
- Prevention: Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and policies to mitigate risks.
- Education: Create and deliver training programs to educate staff on recognizing and reporting fraud.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on detected fraud cases and present findings to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive approach to fraud prevention.
- Policy Review: Regularly review and update the organization’s fraud prevention policies and procedures.
- Data Analysis: Use specialized software and tools to analyze data and identify trends in fraudulent activities.
- Customer Support: Provide guidance and support to customers who may be victims of fraud.
Required Skills or Experience
Skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify irregularities.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting potential fraud indicators.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report findings and educate staff.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with fraud detection software and data analysis tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with others and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Integrity: High ethical standards and a commitment to honesty and transparency.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
