The NRA has a statutory responsibility for regulating civilian use of nuclear and other radioactive materials and is preparing itself to regulate Ghana’s nuclear power programme.
Job Description
The NRA is seeking to recruit to fill various positions in its organisational structure. The NRA hereby invites qualified Ghanaians to apply for the position of Senior Procurement Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods, services, and works.
- Key responsibilities include analysing requisitions and specifications, developing procurement plans and strategies, conducting market research, preparing and issuing Request for Proposals (RFPs), evaluating bids and negotiating contracts, preparing and managing contracts, monitoring contract performance, and developing suppliers list, and managing inventories.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
