GRATIS Foundation, an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MOTI), is inviting suitable and qualified Ghanaians for the following position: Senior Training Officer
Major Functions
- Develop comprehensive training programs for technical apprentices, skills development trainees and interns in Metal Machining, Welding and Fabrication
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and trainees
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical or related field) or equivalent technical qualification
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a technical or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), American International Standards Institution (ANSI), International Organization for Standardization (ISO 45001) and relevant standards
Location: Tema
