GRATIS Foundation, an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MOTI), is inviting suitable and qualified Ghanaians for the following position: Manager, Design Unit
Major Functions
- To lead and manage the strategic Business Unit (SBU) responsible for engineering services and spare parts production
- The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the SBU’s operations, including production, engineering, quality control and supply chain management
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or industrial) or a related field with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in manufacturing or engineering services
- HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering services
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Engineering) and knowledge in operating computer Numerical control (CNC) machines will be an advantage
Location: Tema
