Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Senior Human Resource Business Partner to be based in its Accra Offices, overseeing the day-to-day operations in Accra.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage recruitment and resourcing.
- Implement the learning & development strategy.
- Consulting with line managers and providing daily HR guidance & support.
- Analyzing trends and metrics as part of the HR leadership team.
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals and coordinate training delivery.
- Provide proactive advice across all employee life cycle activities.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
- Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in a similar role
