PATH seeks to recruit a Temp IT Support who will be responsible for providing effective and efficient IT-related support to Ghana country office. This role will be based in Accra, reports to the Regional Systems Administrator (RSA), and will work closely with Ghana office staff and the larger International IT team in driving and maintaining the use of technology within the organization.
Specific responsibilities and duties include:
- Maintaining IT inventory
- Coordinating repairs with Lenovo Service Center in Ghana
- Conduct introductory sessions for new staff to familiarize them with PATH IT solutions and policies.
- Use the global helpdesk ticketing system to log all support requests and document them fully.
- Computer troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Local support during system configurations by the Regional Systems Administrator
- PATH online and network resources support
- Microsoft suite support
- Advising on procurement of IT goods and services by projects, and
- Providing general local IT support services
- Any other IT-related assignment as determined by the Regional Systems Administrator or Site Admin

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer science with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Proficient in installing and maintaining Microsoft software.
- Proficient in developing and implementing local area network (LAN), Wireless LAN and Virtual LAN
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Office 365 software
- Proficiency in basic office equipment, such as Multifunction printers, copiers, and IP phones/Soft Phones Smartphone Basic support
- Excellent communication skills
