IT Support, who will be in charge of giving the Ghanaian national office effective and efficient IT-related support. In order to promote and sustain the organization's use of technology, this position will be headquartered in Accra, report to the Regional Systems Administrator (RSA), and collaborate closely with Ghanaian office personnel and the wider International IT team.
Responsibilities
- Keeping an inventory of IT
- Arranging repairs with the Ghanaian Lenovo Service Centre
- Educate new hires on PATH IT rules and solutions by holding orientation seminars.
- To log and thoroughly document all support requests, use the global helpdesk ticketing system.
- Computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Regional Systems Administrators provide local assistance during system configurations, as well as online and network resource support.
- Support for the Microsoft suite
- provide project-specific advice on the acquisition of IT products and services, and
- Offering general local IT assistance
- Any additional IT-related tasks as decided by the site administrator or regional systems administrator

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology and at least three years of relevant work experience in a comparable role
- Adept in setting up and maintaining Microsoft programs.
- Competent in creating and deploying virtual, wireless, and local area networks (LANs).
- Knowledgeable about Office 365 software and the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the fundamental office equipment, including IP phones and softphones, copiers, and multifunction printers. A smartphone Basic assistance
- Outstanding ability to communicate
