As a Distribution Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share through various distribution channels. Having many years of mobile phone industry sales working experience (at least 3 years or more) and being familiar with big dealers and good retail shops in the mobile open market, also have Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve distribution sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence through distribution channels.
- Identify and establish relationships with new distribution partners, including wholesalers, and retailers.
- Manage existing distribution channels and optimize performance by providing training, support, and incentives to partners.
- Do good team administration management work to make sure the local distribution team can work well to reach monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth within distribution channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales collateral tailored to distribution channels.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in distribution channel sales within the Mobile Industry. It had better that there are professional distribution channel sales management work experience in Samsung mobile brand.
- Strong understanding of distribution channel dynamics, including wholesaling, retailing, and dealer networks.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goal
