We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital/BTL Marketing Specialist & Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong background in below-the-line (BTL) marketing, digital campaign management, and design. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that engage and convert target audiences both online and through BTL channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and grow followers.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Optimize website content, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics, track ROI, and provide data-driven insights.
- Design and implement BTL marketing initiatives, such as events, trade shows, product demos, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns.
- Create promotional materials, brochures, flyers, and POS displays.
- Develop visually stunning designs for digital and offline marketing materials.
- Create brand-consistent graphics, logos, icons, and typography.
- Design marketing collateral, including presentations, infographics, and data sheets.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
