Job Description

  • Run administrative activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with contractor’s policies.
  • Administer expenses towards suppliers and employees.
  • Manages procurements ensuring compliance with contractor guidelines.
  • Timely prepare narrative and administrative reports in compliance with contractor’s guideline.
  • Ensure proper management of cash, bank accounts, and related reconciliations monthly.
  • Management of the yearly financial report.
  • Manages daily operations of the office and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in administrative management.
  • Knowledge of accounting regulations in Ghana given yearly financial report.
  • Knowledge of registration of active and passive invoices.
  • Knowledge of the double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in management software and administrative reporting tools e.g. Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, and particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Key Deliverables

  • A weekly report on expenditure in the format requested by the contractor.
  • A monthly narrative report in compliance with contractors’ guidelines.

Remuneration

  • The maximum gross salary for this position is €762 per month.
  • 3-month probation period and thereafter 1-year contract renewable.
  • The salary will be paid in Euros.
