MIS Officer - Olam Agri

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS) – SAP.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and backup procedures.
• Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
• Configure and maintain WMS Hygiene into information Excel formats in line with SAP, user access, and security.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT support as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify areas for process improvement.
• Implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on WMS usage and best practices.
• Ensure users are proficient in using the system to perform their duties effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS or a related field, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in WMS software, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Certification in WMS warehousing or supply chain management.
