As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to optimize costs and minimize waste.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or a similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and driving profitability.
