Acorns to Oaks School is seeking a qualified English Teacher to teach Upper Primary and Junior High School (JHS) students. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teaching skills, a strong passion for education, and the ability to teach Social Studies or History.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in English Education
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Upper Primary and JHS English
- Proven track record of successful teaching and learning outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to teach Social Studies or History
- Familiarity with the new curriculum
