Job Description
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
- Ensure that defaulting clients have resumed payment
- Register new employees hired by clients, and ensure their porting forms are completed
- Recruit new clients and maintain brand visibility by sharing relevant marketing materials
- Submit accurate and timely reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis
- Communicate client's needs to head office for immediate redress
- Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Conduct constant weekly calls with clients to address their needs
Required Skills or Experience
- Sales background/experience with a degree/HND in sales/marketing (PREFERRED)
- Friendly, warm and accommodating
- Enthusiasm
- Able to work under pressure
- Pays thorough attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, communication, & writing skills
Expected Salary: Base pay plus performance-based commission
