We, Car Hunter Limited are looking for patient Sales Assistants to join our team!
Job Position: Sales Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the daily work of the sales team, including processing customer orders, writing sales reports and updating customer information.
- Assist in market research, collect and analyze competitor information and market trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in arranging sales meetings and customer visits, and prepare relevant materials and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer database to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist sales staff in preparing quotations, contracts and other sales-related documents.
- Track sales progress and report sales performance and issues to the sales manager regularly.
Qualification Required & Experience
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business administration or related majors are preferred.
- At least one year of sales or customer service related work experience, those with Moroccan market experience are preferred.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to handle multiple tasks, and good organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, local language skills preferred.
- Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have good time management skills.
