ROLE OVERVIEW:
We seek motivated and results-driven Sales Officers to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and have a talent for sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively promote and sell COA’s range of herbal medicine products to customers through various sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits and uses of our products.
- Identify and target potential customers in assigned territories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including market insights and customer feedback, to the Sales Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position COA’s products in the market.
Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, or herbal medicine industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of herbal medicine and its benefits is an advantage, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
