We are looking for a self-motivated Accountant and Business Development Coordinator to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will play an important role in our company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law whiles building sales opportunities and form connections with our clients. Job Brief
The successful candidate will perform a variety of professional-level Accounting and Business development duties.
- Duties of the Accountant and Business Development Coordinator include managing company accounting records, filing and paying statutory and data entry into company software.
- You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.

Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, invoices etc. to facilitate internal and external audits.
- Manage all financial transactions and update into Tally Accounting Software to generate financial statements reports.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and provide financial forecasts based on past and present financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax and financial regulations and ensure compliance with all mandatory financial requirements.
- Represent the organization at conferences, seminars and other business development and financial programs to generate leads and networking.
- Promote the company’s services and develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the company website and social media pages of the company.
- Lead the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities and encouraging existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills or Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Complete/Partial Completion of Professional Certification - ICA/ACCA
- At least 3 years of in Accounting and business development, marketing, and/or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of ISO 9004:15 is a plus
- Ability to work independently guided by policies and procedures.
- Ability to effectively research new markets and strong negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Microsoft Office Package Proficiency (Word, Outlook, etc.
- Must reside within the Greater Tema metropolis/Afienya/Ashaiman/Dawenya etc
