Purpose
The Finance Manager’s role is pivotal in contributing to the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic goals and providing financial insight and support for strategic initiatives and business development.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast and adjust plans as necessary.
- Analyze financial data to provide insight and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgets, accounts payables, accounts receivables and expenses.

- Create and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Ensure adherence to legal, statutory and accounting regulations and requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing, including verification of information, posting, and generation of payroll reports.
- Identify and analyze financial risks, including market, credit and operational risks.
- Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Coordinate and support audit processes, including preparation and documentation.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a finance-related course.
- Certification in Accounting (ICA, ACCA).
- A minimum of five years’ work experience in a relevant role.
- A minimum of two years experience in finance leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and ERP systems.
- Member of a recognized accounting professional body.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and CRM softwares.
- Proven record of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in financial reporting, analysis and compliance.
Duration
This position is a full-time role, requiring a dedicated commitment of hours to fulfill all responsibilities and contribute effectively to the team's goals.
