The Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), is the only legally mandated HR professional body established by law to regulate the practice of human resource management and maintain HR standards in Ghana.
The institute seeks to employ suitably qualified persons for the following roles: Level 4 Project Work Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Familiarises students with the institute’s project guidelines and supervises project work initiation, execution and submission
- Reviews project work drafts and offers constructive feedback to students within reasonable timeframes
- Ensures student's projects meet high-quality standards before submission to the institute
Qualification Required & Experience
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a middle or top-level management role
- Membership of CIHRM (Full, Chartered or Fellow) will be an added advantage
- Extensive HR experience across multiple sectors, private, public and NGO
- Ability to develop, implement and monitor HR strategies, systems, policies and processes

- Very good knowledge of HR best practices, frameworks, and trends
- Proficiency in proof-reading and editing
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to facilitate learning, development and growth
- Ability to apply critical thinking techniques in solving complex problems
- Ability to prepare and deliver informative and compelling presentations
