The Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), is the only legally mandated HR professional body established by law to regulate the practice of human resource management and maintain HR standards in Ghana.
The institute seeks to employ suitably qualified persons for the following roles: Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Creates and communicates innovative marketing information about the institute’s membership, professional certification programmes, continuing professional development programmes etc
- Creates compelling and engaging, content for various channels, including websites, blogs, whitepapers and social media
- Champions the branding of the institute to enhance its viability
- Plans and organises outreach programmes targeted at educational institution, corporate institutions (private and public) and HR firms to enhance the institute’s membership drive
- Collaborates with educational institutions, professional bodies and corporate entities to organise seminars, career fairs, etc

Qualification Required & Experience
- A university degree in Marketing, communication, business administration or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a marketing role
- A CIMG Professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and content management systems
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth
Competencies
- Ability to develop marketing strategies that align with organisational goals
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and content management systems
- Knowledge of search engine optimisation strategies
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships to deliver results
- Ability to prepare and deliver informative and compelling presentations
