Are You Someone Who Can
- Develop Employee Relations strategies and ensure effective implementation thereof.
- Draft, review and update policies in line with legislative and operational changes.
- Ensure consistent application of industrial relations policies and procedures throughout the Bank.
- Ensure that disciplinary and grievance hearings are conducted in accordance with the Bank’s procedures and legislative requirements.
- Provide expert advice on disciplinary and grievance hearings and ensure that procedural and substantive fairness is complied with.
- Constantly monitor the industrial relations climate internally and externally and recommend best practice initiatives and actions.
- Participate in disciplinary and grievance hearings and ensure that procedural and substantive fairness is complied with.
- Identify employee relations’ learning needs for the different levels of employees and ensure implementation of development interventions to develop.
