Overall Purpose of the Job
Expro Europe and Sub-Sahara Region operate a $500m multi-product line business unit across multiple countries including UK, Norway, Western Europe, CIS, Central, West Africa, and South & East Africa. As a direct line report to the Regional Commercial, Contracts & Intelligence Manager, the Commercial Analyst's primary duties include working closely under the supervision of the Senior Commercial Advisor to generate high-volume commercial quotations to customers across ESSA

Key Activities And Accountabilities
- Improve profitability, enhancing competitive advantage by accessing optimum contract rates & commercial terms with new & existing clients across area of responsibility
- Receive all Request for Quotations (RFQs), acknowledge their receipt & log them onto both Salesforce.com & Bid Enquiry Log
- Complete tender enquiry form & circulate RFQ to all relevant personnel internally
- Liaise with relevant Sales or Client Account Managers & formulate RFQ responsibility matrix
- As a decision support role, prepare forecast of project P&L (Bid Evaluation Report- BER) & analysis to support pricing decisions
- Ensure that the preparation and submission of Bid Evaluation Reports for approval is undertaken in a timely manner & in compliance with company DOA
- Liaise with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Logistics & other internal departments as appropriate for the area of responsibility
- Co-ordinate timely responses from designated parties for inclusion into RFQ document.
- Compile Commercial quotations & submit to the Client complete with relevant signatures/documentation. Ensure document content is accurate, visually appealing, delivered to rigid deadlines & in compliance with BD QMS.
- Maintain a Quotation archive & register
- Collate information from all Sales/Client Account Managers for inclusion in the Monthly Business Development Report
- Conduct Revenue Assurance & BER Audit for the Region as directed
- Ensure that the Salesforce database & reports are generated as per schedule in a timely, accurate manner
- Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct & Anti-Bribery policies, procedures & processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained minimising exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation
Job Knowledge And Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification preferable Finance or Economic related
- Good work experience in a related commercial proposal-type role preferably within the Oil industry
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Xait Porter systems will be an added advantage
- Advanced MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint software
