Devise effective territory Sales and Marketing strategies
- Define larger sales goals, define market assess prospect and account quality, mapping out the strengths and weaknesses.
- Assign leads, ways to improve your plan. Target specific industries, regions, opportunities, and customers; alignment of sales team with your prospects; empowers self to set realistic goals, track progress, and optimize your strategy; Assess prospect and account quality; mapping out the strengths and weaknesses.
Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Identify the key sales metrics, such as win rate and average deal size.
- Use of tool (such as Pipedrive’s CRM) to track this data as leads travel through your pipeline.
- Record this data in visual dashboards
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor messaging
- Initiate various programs to incentivize and motivate agents working in the distribution of organic fertilizers.
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Monitor competition within the assigned region

Customer relations
- Maintaining good relations with existing smallholder farmers; commercial and individual farms based in different parts of the country especially in Ghana, Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, Togo
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, working to describe the product offering for all outbound events – facing potential investors, employees, and clients.
Required Skills or Experience
- Degree in Agriculture Marketing & Sales [MBA or BSc. is a plus]
- Experience: 3 – 5 Years (Candidates familiar with Agro Markets preferably
