Job Summary
The Human Resource & Administration Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, training and labour relations and continuously focus on efficiency and process improvement in the administration
Duties
- Actively managing the recruitment process
- Developing and documenting HR policies
- Managing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Developing and maintaining a performance appraisal system – Utilizing tools as appropriate
- Ensuring the implementation of staff policies, procedures and practices to comply with local regulatory employment and labour laws amongst other duties

Qualification Required & Experience
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related discipline
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector
