- Plan, prepare and develop a yearly budget
- Execute the company's vision by achieving set revenues and fulfilling budget forecasts while sustaining high mental and physical availability of Renotkil Boecker® services and products and reaching operational excellence at all times.
- Commit to the development of all Rentokil Boecker® LOBs.
- Position Rentokil Boecker® as the leader in its sector in the local market.
- Implement Rentokil Boecker® corporate strategies and ensure the team is abiding by the standards and guidelines described through the manuals, policies, and procedures provided by the Regional Office.
- Ensure that the responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities of HODs are well communicated and all activities and operations are carried out in compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Build, lead and continuously develop Rentokil Boecker® human capital through recommending and overseeing recruitment, training, development and motivation strategies to maximize their potential and contribution towards achieving corporate objectives.
- Revise, control and approve all accounting and finance activities, procurement and supply chain in addition to the administrative setup and legal requirements/compliance.
- Supervise the creation of yearly marketing activities under the guidance of the Regional Marketing Manager
- Control and supervise all output from each department and is fully accountable for the data integrity on all company's systems.
- Evaluate the results of overall operations and report them regularly
- Represent Rentokil Boecker® externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners/allies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in an executive-level position.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledgeable in financial reporting.
