- Oversee the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and support. Manage a team of 3 or more recruitment professionals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and university partnerships.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement best practices for candidate communication and feedback.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
- Develop strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes using Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Create and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders using PowerPoint.
