We are looking for a Fraud Investigator to join our fraud team in Ghana where progress, and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence. This is an exciting role if you thrive in covert investigations and keen on honing your skills in Fraud investigations.

Are you passionate about tackling fraud head-on? As a Fraud Investigator, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to uncover and address fraudulent activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on covert investigations and is keen to make a tangible impact by working closely with our fraud lead, analysts, and legal teams.
In this position, you will:
- Conduct thorough covert investigations and desktop investigations into potential fraud instances.
- Develop proactive strategies to identify and prevent fraud.
- Engage with law enforcement agencies like police to support field investigations and case prosecutions
- Collaborate with the legal team to manage interactions with law enforcement regarding confirmed fraud cases.
- Support the timely closure of all fraud cases and assist in DSR suspensions while liaising with the sales team on discipline.
- Provide actionable feedback from various stakeholders to enhance business operations

Expertise
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Certification in a fraud-related discipline, such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
- Proficiency in identifying fraud indicators through data analysis and a solid understanding of criminal justice systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including customers and law enforcement.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, particularly in rural field environments when carrying out covert investigations.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and effective written and verbal communication.
