Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements
Fan Milk PLC is looking for an experienced supply-demand planner to join the team as a GPS Manager.
The GPS Manager will be responsible for proactively collaborating with internal and external parties to make a visible impact and drive the GPS cycle and (S&OP process) to meet business priorities and play a strong leadership role in the integration and optimization of Danone in countries.
In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Director.
The position is a permanent position based in Accra GHANA.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree required with supply chain, business management or relevant area of study
- 5-7 years operational experience in any of the following areas is beneficial – Demand & Supply Planning; Procurement and Finance
- Complete understanding of Supply Chain and retail/distributor channels knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead within cross-functional teams
- Relevant operational experience in any of the following areas is beneficial – Demand & Supply Planning; Procurement and Finance
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and salesmanship
