We are currently looking for a Trade Asset Optimization Supervisor who will demonstrate success in managing cross-functional teams at the market level and creating a sustainable high-performance culture.

If you have the capability to drive Trade Asset Efficiency end-to-end process, from strategy definition, budgeting, planning, procurement, warehousing, deployment, field services, scrapping/recycling and innovation & renovation process. Act as a Co-Pilot for the Category Marketing Manager providing advice based on analyzed information about the machine park (TA KPIs and Reports).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for ensuring the Trade Asset strategy for the region, defining plans for the country, managing new projects across countries
- Responsible for end-to-end CAPEX planning and budgeting, Trade Asset procurement management, asset inventory (Master data management), coordinates fixed asset management (SAP), coordinates asset capitalization and depreciation, spare-parts management and asset maintenance, scrapping of assets
- Is responsible for the MBP for Trade Asset cycle by efficiently driving the discussion of trade assets into the Monthly Business Planning Cycle for Asset deployment planning & execution and Asset productivity monitoring and reporting
- Supervises the regional operational Budget (TARE) for the management of the Trade Assets Park which includes spare parts and accessories, technical maintenance and quality monitoring aiming at executing such tasks in the most cost-effective manner
- Ensures responsibility to identify and advise successful conditions that drive growth within the entire machine park and provide recommendations based on data for OPL, MBP, etc.
- Manages the proper execution of hygiene and quality monitoring of beverage operation across countries
- Supports countries in the training of technicians, the resolution of incidents related to Trade Assets and the execution of generating demand activities on the field, and the performance monitoring of the park for decision support. Ensures state-of-the-art, cost-efficient and high-quality Customer Service (Technical Service & Support for Trade Assets)
- Provides coaching to country teams based on NP Trade Asset Management Best Practices and defines the succession and growth plans
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams at market level and creating a sustainable high-performance culture.
- Experience of working in a matrix environment with the ability to influence outside the circle of direct authority at an international and local level.
- Project management, planning and reporting skills.
- Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, and Hygiene in the Food and Beverage Industry
- Supply Chain and/or Demand Planning experience is a plus.
- It is a plus to understand the trends of the coffee and equipment industry in the OOH context.
- Financial: Financial and P&L Know-how, understand and anticipate the impact of decisions on the P&L, CAPEX spend management
- Supporting tools: SAP, Power BI, Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (Data Analytics)

Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Minimum Relevant work experience:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in Operations, Technical Service, Sales, and Marketing, preferably Beverages, in the out-of-home environment.
